Turned upside-down and spun around,
The life I lived of yesterday.
What I once knew,
What I once loved,
All that turned around.

Jumping to the stars
In all my anticipation.
Never did I think
The world could ever end.

Brought up to believe in all,
The black and white and in between.

Pressured into silent pain,
But lost is all I used to gain.
The world is new and bright again,
And I live my life anew.

Wondrous sights of black and white,
And even grey between.

Skipping to the planets
As I celebrate this joy,
A new feeling of triumph,
Against all the pain.

Brought up to dream in black and white,
The color begins to shine through.

Leaping towards the clouds as I grow,
I never know where I will go.
As the skies let down their rain,
I watch the rainbows glow.

Distant thoughts once black and white,
Now shining through the screen.

Endless possibilities,
